Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor is required for a large new build commercial project based in Oxford. The companies main scope of works is new build residential and new build office buildings. The project is set to run for 24 months. We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor who has experience in commercial and residential projects and can supervisor/manager the full mechanical package. I am looking for a candidate who can show and has completed a number of projects from start to completion.

Mechanical Supervisor Duites will be

* Organising the work of all subcontractors

* LTHW, CHW, CCHW,, pipe fitting, pumps, valves, FCU’s, Ventilation, Ductwork, toilets, sinks, taps, radiators and all associated mechanical duties

* Know the process of the handover of apartments including HIUs – MVHRs – first fix plumbing and finals.

* Quality control

* Heath and Safety

* Ordering of materials on site

* Computer Literate use of Word, Excel and other programmes

* Read Programmes

* Giving toolbox talks

* Managing different mechanical trades

* Client progression meetings

* Completing daily reports for clients

* Producing method statements and risk assessments

The company are looking to pay £270 - £290 per day or £50k - £60k + Package
