C&I Project Manager

Minimum Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Technical, or Construction discipline, or equivalent in Project Management. 5 years of project experience in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management in mining or process plant environments. Proficiency in MS Projects, Primavera P6, and SAP. Certificate of fitness and site-specific induction. Able to obtain medical certificate of fitness and pass criminal screening Technical Skills: Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Advanced skills in scheduling systems (Primavera), business improvement, and stakeholder management. Strong contractor and construction management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and control multiple projects across smelters and plants, including hardware and software upgrades. Develop and manage detailed project plans, resources, budgets, and timelines. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and governance standards. Conduct commissioning, handovers, and close-out reporting. Ensure compliance with legal and corporate frameworks.
