Our client is in search of an AFRIKAANS speaking skilled Auction Clerk to oversee the entire auction process, from registration to completion. JOB REQUIREMENTS: KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Grade 12 with 2 years’ relevant experience Excellent computer literacy in MS office applications Must be fully bilingual; must be fully conversant in Afrikaans and English Valid driver’s license with long distance driving experience SKILLS Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills Analytical and problem solving skills Time management skills Attention to detail Ensure accurate administrative processes Ensuring that clients settle their accounts within agreed terms Accurate capturing of auctions and finalization of accountancy processes of auctions Overseeing of auction transactions to ensure accurate payments Responsible for the compilation of commission statements and distribution thereof Excellent administrative skills COMPETENCIES Accuracy Assertiveness Self-Confident Detail Orientated People Skills Punctual KEY RESPONSIBILITIES General administrative duties
