Oracle Distribution Lead - SCM Module

Title : Oracle Distribution / SCM Functional Consultant Job Summary : As an Oracle Distribution Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Distribution modules to optimize supply chain and distribution processes for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using Oracle applications to improve order management, inventory control, and logistics management. Key Responsibilities : 1. Analyze and document client's distribution processes and functional requirements to design and configure Oracle Distribution modules. 2. Customize Oracle applications to meet specific business needs, including setups, configurations, and integrations with other systems. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver successful implementations. 4. Configure Oracle Order Management, Inventory Management, Shipping Execution, Procurement and other distribution modules to streamline O2C and P2P processes. 5. Define pricing structures, discounts, and promotions using Oracle Advanced Pricing module. 6. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation and post-implementation phases. 7. Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Distribution modules and best practices. 8. Document configurations, processes, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2. Proven experience (5 years) as an Oracle Distribution Functional Consultant or similar role. 3. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Distribution modules such as Order Management, quotation, Order to cash cycle, Inventory Management, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing, etc. 4. Hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex distribution processes. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively. 7. Oracle certifications related to Distribution modules are a plus. (ref:hirist.tech)
