About the Role

As a Cargo Bike Rider/Courier, youll play a key role in delivering packages efficiently and on time, representing our partner brands through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely navigating delivery routes using company-provided cargo bikes.
• Picking up and delivering packages promptly and accurately.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Using handheld devices to scan packages, update delivery status, and track deliveries in real-time.
• Loading and unloading packages securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Following all traffic and safety regulations while cycling.
• Reporting any issues or delays to your supervisor promptly.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to cycle for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable using handheld devices for tracking deliveries.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
• Must be available to work shifts from Monday to Saturday, 11:45 am - 6:30 pm, including some Saturdays.
