• Pre-Construction Phase: Ensuring all necessary digital information is available for smooth project execution.
• Construction Phase: Overseeing the implementation of BIM on-site to ensure adherence to plans.
• Handover and Soft Landings: Facilitating the transition from construction to operational use.
