Job Description:We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a dynamic construction company. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in administration or finance administration and will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:Processing supplier invoices and credit notesReconciling supplier statementsHandling supplier queries and resolving discrepanciesPreparing payment runsAssisting with month-end closing activitiesMaintaining accurate records and filing systems
Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or finance administrationStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
