Job Description
Job Title: Site Supervisor – Electrical bias
Location: Mayfair
Salary: £60,000 + £5k on call payments
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 24/7 call out
Qualifications Required: Level 3, Apprenticeship, or UK Recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
My client is one of London’s most recognised Facilities and Building Services company’s who are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of high-end commercial client buildings in London. Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical qualified Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems within a commercial building. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting scheduled PPM’s on electrical & mechanical systems and equipment, working alone on & off the tools.
* Overseeing contractors
* Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests to address electrical faults and issues.
* Troubleshooting electrical & mechanical systems to identify and resolve problems.
* Performing repairs and replacements of electrical & mechanical components as needed.
* Attending shutdowns
* Review RAMS, schedule PPM’s, organise specialist contractors, overseeing small projects
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
* Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Requirements:
* Level 3, Apprenticeship, or UK Recognised Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in Supervising within FM Building Maintenance
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
