£83.40 - £96.40 (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Do you have ability to engage a young person no matter what barriers they may face?
Vision for Education are looking to appoint a passionate ALN Teaching Assistant to work in specialist provisions around the City and County of Swansea. The ALN Teaching Assistant will be supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs and abilities both in and out of the classroom academically and emotionally.
The ALN Teaching Assistant role will start on a ad hoc basis with the vision to becoming a full time, longer term contract for the right candidate.
Requirements:
The desired ALN Teaching Assistant will:
Have experience working with children with additional needs
Have a patient and caring nature
Have the ability to motivate and engage students
Have the ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours
