* Collaborating with project teams to deliver on-time, within-budget results.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quantity surveying, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the construction industry. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial construction sector.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
