Job Title: Site Managers (Day Shift) – Retail Bakery Conversion Programme
Location: Northern Ireland (Multiple Sites)
Duration: Week commencing 2nd December 2024
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced Site Managers to oversee the day shift for a fast-paced retail bakery conversion programme across multiple stores in Northern Ireland. This is a short-term contract requiring strong organisational and leadership skills to manage tight schedules and ensure smooth project delivery.
Programme Overview:
* Ballymena (BT42 3AG): 02/12/2024
* Sprucefield (BT27 5UQ): 03/12/2024
* Forestside (BT8 6FX): 04/12/2024
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed on schedule.
* Manage subcontractors and teams effectively during the shift.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide progress updates to the project management team.
Requirements:
* Certifications Required: SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall, 3-Day First Aid.
* Previous experience in retail refurbishment or fitout projects.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
