Senior Project Manager opportunity working on a High profile £140m development consisting of a 45- storey high rise block.

Due to several new contract awards, there is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a highly respected tier 1 Main Contractor in the West Yorkshire construction team, focusing on a high profile £140m development consisting of a 45-storey high rise block and two 15 storey commercial blocks which will paint Leeds City Centre's skyline. • Substructures through to interior fit out to handover
• Responsible for managing a full site team
• Chairing subcontractor meetings
• Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
• Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.

• Proven Track record as a Project Manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on high rise Reinforced concrete student accommodation or apartment developments.
• Experience Working with Tier 1 contractors
• Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
• CSCS Black
• NVQ level 7 or 6
• Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.

• . Salary: Up to £70-£80k + £5k car allowance
