The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree (Physical Education preferred)
• Have experience working with children, whether in a classroom or coaching environment
• Be confident leading whole-class sessions and adapting to different subjects
• Set a positive example and follow school behaviour policies
• Be motivated to progress into teacher training in the future

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a focused learning environment
• Delivering lesson plans provided by teaching staff
• Acting as a positive role model for students
