We're now offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Accounts Receivable and Treasury Specialist to join the EMEA team.
Working in a team of four, the Accounts Receivable and Treasury Specialist reports directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager EMEA.
What will you be doing as Accounts Receivable and Treasury Specialist?
* Download, file, comprehensively process and book daily bank statements (currently around 100 bank accounts across the region)
* Reconcile bank accounts in a multinational and multicurrency environment
* Prepare outgoing payments (payroll, expenses, vendors) and submit for approval
* Actively participate in cash forecasting activities for the EMEA region
* Internal and external ad-hoc reporting as required
* Perform other payment, accounting and back up activities as assigned by the manager
What are the qualities that can help you thrive as Accounts Receivable and Treasury Specialist?
Essential Skills and Experience:
* NFQ level 5 or higher
* Good organisation and time management skills
* Proactive and detail-oriented
* Self-starting and able to work independently
* Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Prior experience in payments/online banking
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Sage 50, Datev and/or AFAS
