A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Recycling BASIC SALARY : R12 000 START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Matric 2 years 'experience as an Administrator Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, with experience in Lariat "AMPLO" and SimplePay considered advantageous Experience working in the metal industry Metal knowledge(Non-negotiable) Valid drivers and own transport (Non-negotiable) Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans (Xhosa an advantage) Strong attention to detail, excellent numeracy skills, and the ability to work independently DUTIES: Basic Bookkeeping: Proficient in maintaining accurate financial records and managing daily transactions. Price Management: Skilled in updating and managing pricing systems to ensure accuracy. Experience with Lariat "AMPLO" system will be advantageous. Invoicing: Experienced in preparing and issuing invoices promptly. Cash Management: Ensure daily float balances are accurate and reconciled at day end. Purchase Order Management: Monitor and correlate purchase orders with cash flow requirements. Customer Relations: Effectively address customer inquiries and resolved issues. Staff Management: Maintain and update staff lists and records diligently. Payroll Administration: Responsible for processing payroll and ensuring timely payments. Experience with SimplePay will be advantageous. Leave Management: Update and track staff leave records accurately. HOURS: Monday to Friday: 09:00 14:00 Must be flexible if needed for a full day - Starting hours could be 7:30/8:00. End of day could be 17:00
