Architect

Shape innovative designs for primarily commercial and industrial buildings, including interior layouts. Transform conceptual ideas into finalized, actionable designs. Handle the preparation and submission of building permit applications. Create precise cost estimations and tender documentation for project execution. Coordinate with structural and technical engineering teams to achieve a cohesive design outcome. Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of architects and BIM specialists (around 10 members) to bring projects to life. Hold a Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Demonstrate a strong focus on understanding and translating the client’s vision and needs. Possess excellent knowledge of Belgian spatial planning regulations. Show a keen interest in interdisciplinary collaboration. Have a genuine enthusiasm for innovation and sustainable design. Be an effective communicator, fluent in Dutch and/or English. Proficient in design and presentation techniques to develop architectural and technical concepts.
