Job Description
The Projects are valued circa £500K-£2.5M and tend to be fit out projects.
You will be reporting to the Project Manager daily.
Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget
About the role
A Site Manager will be required late November by an interior fit out contractor who specialise in office and warehouse fit outs.
As the Site Manager, you will ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience so as to have the skills to simultaneously manage multiple elements to the site.
Your experience will be required to effectively control the subcontractors whilst leading the site-based interaction with the client's design and administration team
Responsibilities
Ensuring high levels of Health and Safety are maintained and the programme is being managed
* Coordination of sub-contractors and suppliers ensuring they deliver on programme and budget
* Maintaining high quality and standards
Key Attributes / Requirements
Must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
Excellent team player
* Proven ability to manage the site team.
* Proven experience of delivery from start to completion.
* Enjoys the challenge of D&B fit out projects
* Client-facing
* Experience on office / warehouse fit outs
