HR Advisor - York - Hybrid - 6month FTC

H9 Human Resources are seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join our clients People Team as a HR Advisor on a 6-month contract within a large, dynamic organization. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in ER, who can bring a supportive and people-centred approach to guiding managers through complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide range of Employee Relations cases, providing practical and empathetic support to Practice Managers
• Offer coaching and hands-on guidance, adopting a non-corporate, collaborative approach
• Operate independently with minimal supervision, leveraging autonomy to make informed, impactful decisions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in Employee Relations, ideally in a large, complex organization
• Confident in working autonomously, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with a supportive and empathetic approach
