HGV 1 Wagon & Drag Driver

06.00am start Monday to Friday. Ongoing. 40+ hours per week.

£17.91 ph PAYE

£26.21 ph PAYE OVERTIME after 42 hours

Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with a large blue chip multinational logistics company based in Maidstone.

This is a great opportunity for HGV 1 drivers to work for a well-respected logistics company that prides itself on the relationship with its drivers whilst supporting the NHS. Our client also has a fleet of new, well maintained clean vehicles.

Your responsibilities as a HGV 1 Driver:

• Completing deliveries of equipment to Hospitals and GP Surgeries across the Kent / South East areas, with some deliveries into London
• Vehicles are preloaded and ready to go.
• Deliveries of palletised or caged goods with around 7-8 drops per shift.
• Average shifts 9 / 10 hours.

HGV 1 Driver - About you:

• Full Cat C+E licence or above (minimum 2 years' experience)
• Experience for a wagon/drag required
• A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• All drivers must undertake a driving assessment and have a criminal record check - we will help with this.
