This is one of the largest civil engineering and infrastructure contractors in the UK who are looking to recruit a new Quantity Surveyor to manage design teams involved in their growing body of works, in Greater Manchester. The role focuses on accurate forecasting, challenging resources and costs, and maintaining deadlines, while maintaining key internal and external relationships.

Ideal Quantity Surveyor applicants will be degree/HND qualified with experience in the Water, Utilities, or Civils sectors. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of monthly reporting, earned value analysis, estimation, and cost analysis.
