Senior/Lead Python Engineer

Our client in a Finance company based in Central London and this role is 5 days a week on site. You will be working in a small team of 6 but a wider Engineering function of 150. The majority of the work is all Greenfield and they are looking for collaborative and innovative individuals to help drive their tech function forward.

Description

• Work end to end on solutions mainly in Python
• Work with the wider business
• Work on large scale data problems
• Help to automate various business processes
• Build scalable solutions

Profile

Must haves:

• Extensive development experience in Python (10+ years)
• Experience working in a Hedge Fund or within Banking
• Knowledge of Legal and Compliance functions
• Degree from a top uni

Nice to haves:

• Mentoring experience
