About the role
We have a new opportunity for an HR Compliance Officer to join our team in Oldham on a permanent full-time basis, we currently offer hybrid working blending office days with working from home.
The successful candidate will take ownership of data integrity and accuracy within Oracle HR. In this role, you will lead cyclical data cleansing activities and system audits to ensure all people data is accurate and up to date.
You will promote the use of Oracle HR's self-service reporting, providing guidance and digital support. You will act as an escalation point for HR Operations data queries and collaborate with the Finance Systems Team to enhance Oracle systems knowledge. Additionally, you will ensure compliance by providing data and reports to internal auditors and external parties whilst working closely with HR Coordinators and the Service Improvement Specialist, you will identify and address data integrity gaps and recommend system efficiencies.

- Previous experience working in a systems or data role with an HR function.
- Experience of improving and maintaining data and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Experience of interpreting user requirements and acting as an interface between the system and the user.
- Experience of MI reporting and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A methodical problem solver.
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Data processing and controlling in line with GDPR legislation
- Good oral and written communications.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Understanding or Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence)
