Sr. Business Marketing Manager, Pricing and Planning

Job Description

This role is Hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days out.

This is an Individual Contributor role.

1) Ownership of Business Management, Pricing and Planning functions for Tier 1 OEMcustomers

Build account strategy/playbook/deal structure/LTA
Lead overall pricing strategy and communicate pricing guidance and positioning to sales team/customers to drive deal closure
Work cross-functionally to develop long term business models that enable strategic sourcing, fab planning andsupply chain decisions years ahead
Createbusiness forecasts based on supply situation, sales inputs, financials metrics, new product introduction and other considerations
Work closely with finance, business execution, sales ops team to track business risk, shipment linearity, fill rate and other operational metrics
Collaborate with sales team and product team on competitive analysis, product roadmap and product strategyetc.

2) Lead initiatives for new markets/businesses

Bring in market insights and work cross-functionally to develop actionable business plans
Identify unique business model to be successful innew markets.
Develop customer/vertical level portfolio/pricing strategy

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Technical, Marketing, Business Administration or other related field. Master/MBA preferred
10+ years ofexperience in business marketing, operation, planning or strategyfunctions. Experience in storage or other related semiconductormarkets preferred
Understanding of NAND Flash products, trends, pricing, and markets is a plus
Strong analytical skills with ability to use complex financial, technical, and marketing information to drive business decisions
Strong proficiency in analytics
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional global teams in multiple time zones
Passionate about identifying business opportunities and challenges with ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
