Production Workers

**Hiring 10+ Manufacturing Production Workers for a Permanent Opportunity with a leading global developer and manufacturer of encapsulation solutions for the nutritional supplement and OTC industries.**

**Shifts Available** : 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Worker to join our team. Our company specializes in the development and manufacturing of soft gelatin and liquid capsules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food industries.

**Available Roles:**

Liquid Encap Operators

Must have 2+ yrs. Experience In GMP (pharma,cosmetics, food, etc.), mechanically inclined

Production Encapsulation Mechanic

Mechanical aptitude and previous experience

Production Helper

Operator Helpers or Inspecting softgels, standing all day

Verisym Operator

Must have 2+ yrs. Experience In GMP (pharma,cosmetics, food, etc.), mechanically inclined

Fill/Gel Prep

Must have 2+ yrs. Experience In GMP (pharma,cosmetics, food, etc.), mechanically inclined

Dispensing

Must have 2+ yrs. Experience In Dispensing GMP (pharma,cosmetics, food, etc.), mechanically inclined

Utensil Cleaning

Wet environment, cleaning large tanks with hoses

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with GMP standards.

+ Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.

+ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records accurately.

+ Assist in the setup, changeover, and cleaning of production equipment.

+ Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

**Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, etc.).

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Good communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Flexibility to work any of the three shifts as needed.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

+ Standing for extended periods.

+ Manual dexterity and ability to operate machinery.
