In terms of role specifics, this person is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing high-value client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales for private events. This role requires an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the event and hospitality industries, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to sell luxury or high-end event services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering bespoke event solutions to meet clients' needs.

WHO YOU ARE

Senior Account Manager at Forte Belanger is a valuable member of our team who:
•Develops and implements a sales strategy to generate new business in the private event space, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and luxury markets.
•Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, building a pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and market research.
•Builds and maintains relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their event needs and providing customized solutions that meet their expectations.
•Creates and presents tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and luxury offerings.
•Consistently meets or exceeds individual sales targets and contributes to overall team revenue goals.
•Leads contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms while protecting company margins and ensuring client satisfaction.
•Works closely with the event planning, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of events and maintain high client satisfaction throughout the sales and event lifecycle.
•Stays informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to continuously refine sales strategies, and offer innovative solutions.
•Secures repeat business by delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining post-event relationships, and leveraging client feedback to improve future events.
•Provides regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management, including sales forecasts and revenue projections.
•Is committed to excellence.
•Is interested in growing within a dynamic team.
•Has a bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on catering, events, or hospitality.
