3rd Shift Production Operator

**Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Operator- $21-24/hr.- Hiring ASAP!!!****Job Description**+ A machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process.+ Machine operators will work on an individual and team basis.+ Machine operators will deliver consistent work and report accurate information on a timely basis.**Additional Information:**+ 3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:30am+ $23-$24/hr.+ 3rd shift candidates will need to train on the 2nd shift for about 4 week.+ While training on the 2nd shift, they will be paid $20-$21/hr. Once the move to the 3rd shift, their pay will increase to the higher pay rate ($23-$24/hr.).+ 8-hour shifts while training.+ After training candidates need to be flexible to work 1-2 hours of Overtime/day.**Hard Skills**+ Machine operation/Production+ Use of computer to enter activities in ERP system (Simple use)+ Mechanically inclined**Job Type**+ This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).**Work Site**+ This is a fully on-site position in Huntington Beach, California.**Work Environment**+ Our client manufactures a new generation of Power Transmission Lines.+ Their products are lighter, stronger, and have less environmental degradation than the current power lines that have been used for 100 years.+ Very clean and modern facility.**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
