The Wilner Group has partnered with a family-owned and operated ramp manufacturing and installation company that has a passion for helping those in need. We are searching for a Senior Account Manager to join their team at their Valley Cottage, NY location. Compensation for this position is $75k-$90k based on experience.

Requirements:

• Engage daily with clients and serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
• Maintain accurate client records, keep track of any contract updates and renewals as well as work with sales and other internal teams to ensure KPIs are being met.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our product range and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in a sales or account management role.
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a small team.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP software, i.e. HubSpot and Epicor.
