Key Responsibilities:

• Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse range of civil litigation cases, such as landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate, commercial contract issues, partnership conflicts, professional negligence, property-related disputes, and debt recovery
• Skills: Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, alongside a solid understanding of relevant laws and legal precedents
• Attributes: Motivated and proactive with a strong focus on business development, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in computer systems
