Corporate Solicitor - 5 year PQE

I am working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join the department of a highly regarded firm based in Stourbridge. My client are able to use their reputation to attract a caseload of varied and quality matters whilst also maintaining the great reputation of a smaller and more local firm, and are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals that are able to slot into such an environment seamlessly.



The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of:

• Acquisitions, disposals, mergers, MBOs and venture capital investments


• Company formations, corporate restructuring & joint ventures


• Shareholders' agreements


• Confidentiality agreements


• Commercial joint ventures and strategic relationships


• IP, IT, and e-commerce


• Contract and terms of trading


• Agency and distribution agreements


• Regulatory compliance

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE of handling a variety of corporate matters.



Salary: £50000 - £65000 depending on experience
