Site Agent - UK Wide Projects

Job Title: Site Agent

Location: Warwickshire

Salary: Up to £60k

Hours of Work: 45 hours Monday - Friday

Type: Site Based

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring for a Site Agent that has experience working on utility, deep drainage or water projects in the Warwickshire area.

Duties of a Site Agent

•Planning, programming and resourcing.

•Health & Safety and Environmental compliance and best practice.

•Contract Budget and target programme - preparation and monitoring.

•Site Cost Control.

•Construction of the works to specified quality standards.

•Liaison with stakeholders and general public in a busy highway environment

•Compliance with contract particulars.

•Management of site staff, sub-contractors and operatives.

•Liaison with the Client's Representative, Project Manager or Supervisor.

•Efficient utilisation and use of resources in carrying out your duties.

•Maintain comprehensive records and ensure all records are archived.

•Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

•Inspection, testing, commissioning and handover.

Requirements and experience of a Site Agent

•Preferred engineering background HNC / HND Civil Engineering.

•CSCS -Black card (NVQ level 6)

•SMSTS: 5 days

•First Aid : Full 3 Day Course

•NRSWA – Supervisor

•Temporary Works Co-ordinator

•Confined Space Training - (Desirable)

•Lifting Appointed persons (Desirable)

•Practicable Environmental Management - (Desirable)

What the client offers a Site Agent

•£50-60k per annum

•Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
