The team are looking for a Senior Associate with 4+ years of post-qualified experience. The role offers a broad range of responsibilities, including private M&A and private equity work, with an opportunity to gain deep sector expertise. The role also provides high levels of autonomy and client involvement, with strong support to contribute to business growth and success.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years of PQE or equivalent relevant experience.
• Expertise in corporate law, particularly private M&A and private equity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and understand business objectives.
• A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
