Compliance Supervisor

We are actively looking for a Compliance Supervisor to join a charity organisation covering London area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, flexible working, pension scheme contributions, employee discounts, health plans.

As the Compliance Supervisor, you will be:

• Lead on the development and successful submission of a Building safety cases
• Main point of contact with regards to fire safety within the property portfolio and other buildings
• Ensure that the programme of fire safety risk assessments is delivered and ensuing works ordered to specification and in accordance with the Fire Safety Strategy
• In conjunction with the Head of Property develop and implement the fire strategy including any relevant statutory documentation

Compliance Supervisor experience / qualifications:

• Previous experience of policy and project management within an organisation providing frontline housing services
• Experience of team management and the ability to demonstrate change management experience
• Qualification in construction, maintenance or related field
• A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of building safety legislation
