Finance Director Construction

Leading Commercial & Mixed-use Property Developer with a turnover in excess of£500m p.a, is looking to appoint an experienced Development Finance Director.

The ideal candidate:

• Will be a Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
• Experience of working in the BTR, PBSA or Main Contracting sectors.
• Experience of working with lenders to secure funding.
• Able to review land appraisal bids.
• Previous staff management experience.
• Experience of scaling up a new business would be ideal.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Living within a commutable distance of Liverpool
