Job Description

Are you looking for a part-time role working 24 hours per week? An Administrator is required to join a small team based in Stratford, assisting with accounts administration and to help ensure the smooth running of the office.

Office-based in Stratford-Upon-Avon you will be -

  • Raising sales and purchase orders
  • Inputting purchase invoices and matching to purchase orders
  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and handling queries
  • Acknowledge customer orders and prepare quotes
  • Uploading information to the system (QuickBooks)

Ideally for this Administrator role you will have -

  • A good level of Maths and experience working within an accounts team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organised with a focus on quality.

On offer for this Administrator role -

  • Part time hours of - Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm (totalling 24 hours per week)
  • Paying £11.44 p/h
  • Ongoing temporary role with potential for a permanent contract
  • Office based role, you will be required on-site 3 days per week
