Salary: Negotiable (Depending on experience)

Location: Rotherham (S65 3SH), with travel across the UK

Generator Installation Site Supervisor - Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding power generation control solutions and associated designs

- Managing contract scope for supervised projects, including technical installation and project management

- Delivering high-quality installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations

- Supervising and project-managing large and complex installation projects

- Developing work plans and preparing price quotations for installation projects

- Conducting site reviews, pre-installation meetings, and participating in project discussions

- Reviewing work documentation to ensure readiness before installations

- Leading and directing site engineers on projects of varying sizes

- Professionally interacting with suppliers and customers to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery

- Addressing challenges and adapting to changes in scope or site conditions

- Assisting in the development of work practices, procedures, and performance standards

- Training and developing installation personnel

- Maintaining administrative records, such as timesheets and order changes

- Communicating and documenting project status following company processes

Generator Installation Site Supervisor - About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Experience as a commercial installation electrician, with knowledge of power generation being an advantage

- Apprentice-trained background with significant industry experience

- Expertise in power generation solutions, with application knowledge being essential

- Familiarity with the ComAp product range (preferred but not essential)

- Mechanical aptitude paired with excellent electrical installation skills

- Proficiency with tools, equipment, and logistics

- Strong planning, organisnational, and decision-making abilities

- Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

- Willing to work irregular hours and extended shifts if needed, based on UK sites

CSCS/ECS card holder

- CSCS/ECS card and a full, valid UK driving licence
