A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for aPolisherfor a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Hatfield.

• Polishing and finishing jewelry pieces, including rings, bracelets, necklaces, and other items, to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Inspecting jewelry for imperfections and ensuring polished items meet design and quality standard
• Using tools and equipment such as polishing wheels, brushes, and buffing compounds.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Collaborating with the design and manufacturing teams to meet production deadlines.

• Experience in polishingwithin the jewelry industry or similar industry
• A meticulous approach and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with handling precious metals and gemstones.
• The ability to work with small, delicate pieces with precision and care.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standard
