Role: Senior Customs Manager

Location: Derbyshire, Birmingham or Northamptonshire

Working Model: Hybrid 3 Days/week in one of three offices

Salary: Up to £70k + Excellent Benefits

You really know your stuff when it comes to Customs and Excise regulations.

Youve worked as a Customs Manager for years, educating and training colleagues and ensuring your busy logistics operation stays compliant, and policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

But youre now looking for a chance to kick on. In your current place, its a case of dead-mans-shoes; you cant move up or progress until someone else moves on.

So in this role, youll need to be a strong character, able to negotiate and influence effectively whilst building relationships at all levels.

Youll manage a small team, so you also need to be an effective leader; someone who can lead by example in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture.

You will work with colleagues across various teams and at all levels to ensure everything is customs-compliant. Youll be an expert in all export/import-related matters and will know how to balance compliance with ensuring disruption to operations is kept to a minimum.

On offer is a base salary up to £70k + £10k car allowance, 28 days holiday and several other excellent benefits.

The role is hybrid-based, with three days working in one of their offices in Derbyshire, Birmingham, or Northamptonshire. It will also involve some travel.
