Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a background in Residential Construction, looking for a technically challenging and specialist role in which you will have the autonomy to oversee high-end projects from conception to completion?

This company has been established for over 20 years and oversees a range of residential refurbishment projects with a network of high end clients. Steadily growing since their inception, they are looking to expand their expert team with a Quantity Surveyor who can play a key part in the ongoing success of the business.

This varied role would see you joining their team to assist with Project Management, liaising with clients, site managers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery of each job. You would be responsible for pricing projects, tendering and procurement of materials and subcontractors for each project, with site visits every few weeks, facilitated by your company car.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager or similar, with a background in construction looking for an autonomous and varied role, where you will take responsibility for overall projects based in their Kingston office.

The Role:

• Responsibility for end-to-end projects.
• Pricing projects, procurement of materials and subcontractors, and tendering.
• Mon-Fri, overtime, London-based travel.
• Covering sites around South West London

The Person:

• Quantity Surveyor.
• Background in Residential Construction.
• Commutable to Kingston.
