Skinners is a traditional, drinks led community Pub in England’s smallest town Manningtree, in Essex which is already known for offering Cask Marque ales, quality drinks and the publicans own food offer.

It sits in a prominent spot on a main street of this lovely small town, next to a couple of local businesses and we are looking for a Publican keen to establish a Management Partnership with us in this area.

This pub will suit a passionate and experienced operator with personality. You will be looking for a new challenge or a driven first timer with a passion for Sports and local Pubs, and driving a ready-made offer.

About the local area

Manningtree lies between Ipswich and Colchester off the main A12 trunk road on the river estuary.

There is some tourism during summer months (it sits on the gateway to the renowned gateway country alongside Mistley Towers) and a number of other Pubs bars and restaurants in the area.

It also offers easy access by Railway to London/ Norwich.

The Pub

The Pub has a lovely cosy and welcoming feel, with an L shaped trading area wrapping round the main bar, with pool tables and machines, darts and Sports.

The Pub also benefits from an adjacent beer garden for brighter days, with Petanque courts and a car park to the rear (up to 14 cars).

The private accommodation includes two bedrooms and a private lounge.
