Whats the Role:Manager What It Takes: An important part of the staff role is to support the needs of individuals through the ethos and values of Praxis Care. So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential. Our dedicated staff team support our individuals to learn and develop their skills to aid in their independence. Where You Would Work: North Down and Ards Mental Health Supported Living North Down and Ards Mental Health SL Services is a combination of Home Response, DISH and Supported living services providing support to over 50 people we support within the North Down and Ards area. We work alongside the SEHSCT, RQIA and Supporting People to ensure the care and support provided is person centred and in line with regulatory requirements.
