Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant - Belfast Salary: - Basic £35,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience) - OTE £80k to £100k Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industrial sector, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in recruiting top talent for diverse roles within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and related fields. Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial sector. Understand client hiring needs, company culture, and industry trends to provide tailored recruitment solutions. Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective networking and marketing strategies. - Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilise various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks to source qualified candidates. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific industrial roles. Maintain a comprehensive candidate database and pipeline for current and future job openings. - Matchmaking and Placement: Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career goals. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the selection process. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both parties - Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. You: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, within the industrial sector is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of industrial roles, including manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and supply chain management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service.
