The role of Repairs Supervisor at Enfield involves leading a team of high-performing operatives to deliver superior work quality and efficient material use. You'll be tasked with coordinating complex diagnostics and multi-trade repair projects affecting multiple properties, showcasing your proficiency across trades like carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering, and tiling. Your responsibilities include conducting toolbox talks, one-on-one meetings with operatives, managing void teams to ensure timely delivery, and attending evening Tenant Association meetings. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations is crucial. You'll also perform pre and post inspections on tenanted properties, ensuring that customer needs are met responsively.
