Exciting Opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in Dublin

Copius Resources is currently partnering with a large construction company based in Dublin, offering an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities:

• Liaise and report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Attend pre-award meetings with new sub-contractors.
• Monitor contra charges and notify sub-contractors accordingly.
• Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in preparing the final account at the end of the project.
• Issue interim payment applications to the Project Quantity Surveyor in conjunction with the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Monitor and report costs using construction computer software.
• Review tender enquiries and conduct tender analysis for projects.
• Purchase and monitor sub-contractor packages on site.
• Handle sub-contractors re-measurement, interim, and final account payments.
• Process fortnightly/monthly sub-contractor payment certificates.
• Compile variations and maintain the variation log.

Criteria:

• A qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• 4 years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in groundworks and concrete frame projects.
