Support Worker for Rhys Pevensey, East Sussex
We are recruiting a team for Rhys who is going to be moving into his own home in Pevensey, East Sussex. Rhys is a young man who needs a team of people who will open up his opportunities and support him to experience new things.

• Rhys would like someone to help promote an active lifestyle.
• Rhys likes to surf.
• Rhys likes going to Camber Sands.
• Rhys loves being by the sea and likes to go swimming.

Rhys is looking for someone to be able to

• Help to structure his day and maintain a helpful routine of activities.
• Help with problem solving.
• Someone to talk to and to help him manage his emotional difficulties and to use appropriate coping skills.
• Help with budgeting & money management
• Help to maintain a safe and healthy lifestyle
• Support with managing professional & social appointments.
• Help to manage family contact and relationships.
• Help to repair paid and unpaid relationships if there have been difficulties within these.
• Holding of all medication (regular and PRN) and provision of these at the appropriate times.
• Support to develop independent living skills, including to independently access the community.

• Full clean drivers licence required for this role
