Job Description

HR Generalist, Devon, Temporary, part-time contract, £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (FTE), paid weekly, 28 days annual leave, pension scheme.

Key responsibilities

  • Complex ER case management.
  • Responding to HR queries.
  • Producing HR documentation.
  • Policy and procedure development.
  • Advisory support for managers.

Skills and Experience

  • CIPD Level 5 or higher (desirable).
  • Effective communication.
  • Strong administrative skills for managing HR documentation and processes.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
