Work Arrangement: Flexible and supportive environment (work from home 2 to 3 days a week).

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload, including mergers and acquisitions, GDPR compliance, trading agreements, company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation and intellectual property matters
• Handling your own busy caseload from start to finish
• Collaborating with a variety of local clients
• Participating in business development efforts to attract new clients and grow your caseload
