Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional standard, using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily food preparation and menu planning
• Contribute to menu development, bringing creative ideas and techniques to the table
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure efficient use of ingredients
