Senior Leveraged Finance Associate

A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Senior Finance Associate with strong experience in leveraged and acquisition finance to join its highly regarded finance team in London. The role encompasses all aspects of financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating term sheets, intercreditor agreements, and facility agreements, with a particular focus on acquisition and leveraged finance.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of post-qualification experience gained at a leading City practice or a top-tier international firm. A strong academic background and substantial banking experience, particularly in leveraged and acquisition finance, are essential.

As a Senior Associate, you will be expected to manage matters with minimal supervision, support Partners in overseeing junior team members, and contribute to business development initiatives.
