Senior Project Manager

Do you have experience in electronics / electrical manufacturing with 8+ years experience in project management looking to play a pivotal part in planning, leading, and executing engineering projects?

Salary Package / Benefits:

• Competitive Annual Salary - £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Electronics / Electrical Manufacturing experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management in a similar environment
• Associates degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent) plus 7+ years experience in a high-tech engineering environment

Key Responsibilities:

You will be pivotal in planning, leading, and executing engineering projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams locally and globally to meet project schedules and ensure successful project completion from inception to conclusion. The Project Manager is responsible for managing project budgets, which can exceed $1 million, and coordinating efforts across various functional departments and senior management.

• Manage multiple concurrent product development and sustaining projects.
• Provide leadership, technical direction, and mentoring to local and global teams, including contractors.
• Set goals and objectives for direct reports and assess performance.
