Project Estimator- Logistics Coordinator

US Hospitality is looking for individuals that are career minded, organized and detail oriented. These individuals must be willing to take on several operational tasks and functions. This position(s) will be accountable to support departmental needs via a variety of data and informational based responsibilities to facilitate progression of projects. This position(s) will support Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans, extract accurate counts and measurements for materials
• Compile bids from vendors and prepare comparisons
• Develop comprehensive and accurate budgets via Excel and FFEZ
• Work with Senior Project Management to develop, drive, and implement project goals
• Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for projects
• Track project accomplishments
• Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success

Typical Day to Day Tasks

• Creating Project Specification Documents
• Developing Project Budgets/ Estimates in Excel and FFEZ Software
• Verifying measurements and counts via architectural drawings
• Creating Purchasing Documents
• Submitting and Tracking purchasing documents while providing updates to Clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Expert in Microsoft excel

Compensation

• $35000-$50,000 per year
